What is CPSIA?

CPSIA stands for Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act.  The latest versions went into effect on Feb 10 2009. It baskically states the all toys inported to the US have to be inspected for small parts, sharp corners and be tested for lead paint content. Although most of our products are either powder coated paint or colored plastic, the still need to be tested. We are proud to say that you can order with conficence.
